摘要
对2021年参加北京市儿科住培临床技能结业考核的考生和考官进行标准化家长质量评价问卷调查,以对儿科住院医师规范化培训临床技能结业考核中使用标准化家长的应用效果和满意度进行评价并总结应用经验。
A standardized parent quality evaluation questionnaire survey was conducted on candidates and examiners who participated in the 2021 Beijing pediatric residency clinical skills graduation assessment,in order to assess the application effect and satisfaction of using standardized parents in standardized training for pediatric residents,and to summarize application experiences.
