海南自贸港建设背景下养老产业现状及对策

Status and Strategies of the Elderly Care Industry under the Background of Hainan Free Trade Port Construction

养老产业是促进海南经济发展的重要产业。本次调查结果发现,目前海南民营养老机构与医疗服务系统合作较少,“互联网+”智能养老服务开展较少,养老服务人才专业队伍结构匹配不均衡,学历结构不合理且层次较低等问题较为突出。为推进海南自贸港供给侧结构性改革,针对养老产业发展过程中存在的问题提出对策建议。

The elderly care industry is an important industry to promote economic development in Hainan.The survey results revealed that currently,there is limited cooperation between private elderly care institutions and medical service systems in Hainan.The development of"Internet Plus"smart elderly care services is also limited.The professional team structure of elderly care service personnel is imbalanced and the education levels of the personnel are low.In order to promote the supply-side structural reform of Hainan Free Trade Port,this paper proposes strategies to address the problems in the development of the elderly care industry.
