摘要
采用激光选区熔化技术制备GH4169合金,研究不同固溶温度+双时效热处理对沉积态GH4169合金显微组织、室温拉伸性能及高温持久性能的影响,利用光学显微镜、拉伸试验机对GH4169合金的显微组织、室温拉伸性能和高温持久性能进行检测分析。结果表明:固溶温度为1130、1200℃,GH4169沉积态晶界处分别发生碳化物析出和溶解;提高固溶温度可降低横、纵2个打印方向的性能差异;当固溶温度为1130℃时,碳化物的析出起到强化作用,GH4169沉积态的室温拉伸性能、高温持久性能达到锻件水平。
The GH4169 alloy was prepared by selective laser melting technology.The effects of different solution temperatures and double-aging heat treatment on the microstructure,mechanical properties at room temperature and high temperature durability of as-deposited GH4169 alloy were studied by using optical microscope and tensile testing machine.The results show that when the solution temperature was 1130℃and 1200℃,the carbide was precipitated and dissolved respectively at the sedimentary grain boundary of GH4169.In terms of mechanical properties,with the increase of solution temperature,the performance difference between horizontal and vertical printing directions was reduced.When the solution temperature was 1130℃,the carbide precipitation played a strengthening role,which made the room temperature tensile properties and high temperature durability properties of as-deposited GH4169 reach the level of forging.
