陶瓷知识产权服务业能够促进陶瓷知识产权的保护与利用,提升陶瓷行业的自主创新能力,最终推动陶瓷文化传承与创新试验区建设。然而,陶瓷知识产权服务业发展面临诸多困境,一是陶瓷知识产权服务业从业人员少;二是陶瓷知识产权服务机构匮乏;三是陶瓷知识产权服务领域狭窄。对此,陶瓷知识产权服务业发展应拓展陶瓷知识产权服务业领域、培育和扩大陶瓷知识产权服务业市场新需求、组建行业协会和服务联盟、规范陶瓷知识产权服务业管理。

The ceramic intellectual property service industry can promote the protection and utilization of ceramic intellectual property rights,enhance the independent innovation capability of the ceramic industry,and ultimately promote the construction of ceramic culture inheritance and innovation pilot zones.However,the development of the ceramic intellectual property service industry faces many difficulties.First,there are few employees in the ceramic intellectual property service industry;the second is the lack of ceramic intellectual property service institutions;the third is the narrow field of ceramic intellectual property services.In this regard,the development of the ceramic intellectual property service industry should expand the field of the ceramic intellectual property service industry,cultivate and expand the new market demand of the ceramic intellectual property service industry,establish industry associations and service alliances,and standardize the management of the ceramic intellectual property service industry.
