摘要
应用型电力行业本科院校普遍采用普通本科教学内容,存在更新慢、实践能力不强、实用性差等问题,导致与企业发展及人才需求相脱节。基于德国“工作过程”教育理念,建立工程应用知识体系,对接职业需求,设计教学内容,深化课程教学改革,以此提升教学质量。
Applied electrical industry undergraduate colleges and universities generally adopt ordinary undergraduate teaching content,and there are problems such as slow updating,weak practical ability,and poor practicality,resulting in isconnection with enterprise development.Based on the German"Work Process"education concept,establishing an engineering application knowledge system,docking professional needs,designing teaching content,and deepening curriculum teaching reform aim to improve teaching quality.
