采用双排风车装置抑制沙坑形成的数值研究

摘要 为了解决由风蚀引起的光伏板前缘沙坑和沙子堆积的问题,采用数值仿真分析的方法,首先对原始的光伏板模型进行数值研究,分析光伏板前缘的流场特征;然后采用双排风车结构与原始模型进行比对,分析两者速度分布的差别。结果表明:经光伏板前缘的空气有加速并倾斜冲向地面的流动特点,对地面产生冲蚀作用,是形成沙坑的重要原因;双排风车装置可以降低经过狭缝的气流速度,改变气流方向,对改善冲蚀、提升沙子的运移能力具有良好作用。 The method of numerical simulation analysisis adopted to solve the problems of sand pits and sand accumulation in the front edge of photovoltaic panels caused by wind erosion.Firstly,the original photovoltaic panel model was numerically studied and the flow field characteristics of the leading edge of photovoltaic panels were analyzed.Then,the two-row windmill structure is compared with the original model to analyze the difference between the two velocity distributions.The results show that the air passing through the front edge of the photovoltaic panelhas the characteristic of accelerating and inclining to the ground,resulting in erosion on the ground,which is an important reason for the formation of sand pits.The double-row windmill device can reduce the airflow velocity through the slit and change the airflow direction,which has a good effect on improving the erosion and improving the sand transport ability.
