某350 MW电厂循环水泵振动故障分析

摘要 立式循环水泵是火电厂的重要设备,其振动数值超标是常见的故障。某350 MW电厂循环水泵经检修后发生振动故障,电机的非驱动端在低速运行时发生的振动无异常,在高速运行时发生振动大的现象。对此,利用振动分析设备对循环水泵进行测量,根据现场测量的振动数据,结合水泵振动原理,对振动原因进行分析,提出了解决质量不平衡及联轴器不对中等问题的措施,最终排除了循环水泵的振动故障,为解决同类故障提供了借鉴。 As an important equipment in thermal power plant,the vibration value of the vertical circulating water pumpexceeding the standard is a common fault.For the circulating water pump in a 350 MW power plant,it was found that the vibration of the non-driving end of the motor was normal at low speed,whilethe vibration was largeat high speedafter maintenance.Therefore,the vibration analysis equipment is used to measure the circulating water pump on site.According to the vibration data,combined with the vibration principle of the pump,the vibration causes are analyzed,and the solutions are proposed to eliminate the mass imbalance and the coupling misalignment.Finally,the vibration fault of the circulating water pump is solved,which provides reference for solving similar vibration faults.
