应用MSCT后处理技术对眼眶外伤性骨折的诊断价值分析

Diagnostic Value of MSCT Post-treatment for Orbital Traumatic Fractures

目的:分析应用MSCT后处理技术对眼眶外伤性骨折的诊断价值,旨意为相关人员的研究工作提供参考文献。方法:择取我院2018年6月12日-2019年6月12日收治的116例眼眶外伤性骨折患者为研究对象。为其开展MSCT常规检查以及MSCT后处理技术检查,探讨MSCT后处理技术对眼眶外伤性骨折的诊断价值。结果:相较于常规MSCT检查所得出的结果而言,MSCT后处理技术诊断疾病的检出率以及诊断符合率明显更高,组间数据存在统计学意义,P<0.05。开展MSCT后处理检查结果证实:患者眼眶壁骨折连续性中断、移位;部分患者存在骨折线;有的患者还表现为眶壁曲度不正常与眶壁下陷;且少数骨折位置表现出软组织厚度增加、眼肌嵌顿位置偏移或者增粗、眼球突出和眶内积气等情况。结论:针对于眼眶外伤性骨折疾病,应用多层螺旋CT后处理技术开展检查,其诊断符合率明显比常规MSCT更高。并且可实现针对隐匿性骨折以及其四周情况加以清楚显示,其有助于医生更好地观察患者病情,因而值得进一步在临床推广以及应用。

Objective:To analyze the diagnostic value of MSCT in orbital traumatic fractures,and to provide references for relevant researchers.Methods:A total of 116 patients with orbital traumatic fractures admitted to our hospital from June 12,2018 to June 12,2019 were selected as the study subjects.Routine MSCT examination and MSCT post-treatment technology examination were carried out to explore the diagnostic value of MSCT post-treatment technology for orbital traumatic fractures.Results:Compared with the results obtained by conventional MSCT examination,the detection rate and diagnostic coincidence rate of MSCT post-treatment were significantly higher,with statistical significance between groups(P<0.05).The results of MSCT post-treatment confirmed that the orbital wall fracture was discontinuous and displaced.Some patients have fracture lines.Some patients also show abnormal orbital wall curvature and orbital wall depression.A few fracture sites showed increased soft tissue thickness,offset or thickening of eye muscle incarceration,exophthalmos and intraorbital gas.Conclusion:For orbital traumatic fracture disease,the diagnostic coincidence rate of MSCT is significantly higher than that of conventional MSCT.And it can be clearly displayed for occult fracture and its surrounding conditions,which is helpful for doctors to better observe the patients condition,so it is worthy of further clinical promotion and application.
