乡村振兴背景下内蒙古牧区集体经济演化机制研究

Research on the Evolution Mechanism of Collective Economy in Inner Mongolia Pastoral Areas under the Background of Rural Revitalization

作为社会主义公有制经济的重要组成部分,牧区集体经济是集体经济在牧区具体化、本土化的表现,是特定时空下的产物,是建立在草原生态经济基础上,具有有别于农耕区的独特功能和特征的经济形式。乡村振兴赋予了牧区新的时代任务,不断推动牧区集体经济发展壮大意义非凡。本文从科技与文化、制度安排及结构、要素禀赋差异作为切入点深入剖析牧区集体经济的演化动能及演化趋势,指出要重视科技赋能、扎根民族文化、增强制度创设、寻求差异化筑牢竞争优势,从而因势利导地推动牧区集体经济迈向现代化。

As an important part of the socialist public ownership economy,the collective economy of the pastoral area is the concrete and localized representation of the collective economy in the pastoral area,under specific time and space.It is an economic form based on the grassland ecological economy with unique functions and characteristics different from the agricultural area.Rural revitalization has endowed the pastoral areas with new tasks of the era,and is of great significance to continuously promote the development and expansion of the collective economy of the pastoral areas.This paper analyzed the evolution of collective economy momentum and evolution trend using science、technology and culture,system arrangement and structure,factor endowment difference as breakthrough points,pointed out that to make the most of the situation and steer the collective economy of pastoral areas towards modernization,we should focus on the empowering of science and technology,embed in the national culture,foster institutional creation,and pursue differentiation to strengthen competitive advantages.
