Agricultral Green Development in the New Era:Important Significance,Realistic Dilemmas,and Optimization Paths

农业绿色化发展是农业转型升级的主要方向,是实现农业可持续发展,完成碳达峰、碳中和目标和推动乡村振兴的重要内容。当前,新时代农业绿色化发展存在绿色理念贯彻不深入、支撑体系建设不完善、载体发展水平低和绿色技术推广力度弱的问题。为此,提出构建以农业绿色化发展理念为指引,完善制度机制为保障,促进发展载体建设为抓手和加强农业绿色技术推广为支撑的发展体系,助推农业绿色化发展。

Agricultral green development is the main direction of agricultural transformation and upgrading,an important part of achieving sustainable agricultural development,achieving carbon peak and carbon neutral goals,as well as promoting rural revitalization.Currently,agricultural green development in the new era had the problems of inadequate implementation of green concepts,incomplete construction of support systems,low level of carrier development,and weak promotion of green technologies.Therefore,this paper proposed to build a development system guided by the concept of agricultural green development,guaranteed by improving institutional mechanisms,focused on promoting the construction of development carriers,and supported by strengthening the promotion of agricultural green technology,in order to promote the development of agricultural green technology.
