摘要
针对天津市稻渔种养经营现状和发展特点,通过将层次分析法(AHP)和熵值法相结合,遵循科学、系统、可行和实用性原则,构建稻渔种养综合效益评价指标体系,包括经济效益、生态效益、社会效益3个一级指标和18个二级指标。结果表明:稻渔种养综合效益中经济效益最高,生态效益次之,社会效益最低。主观评价和客观评价结合构建评价体系,确立各个指标权重,使评价指结果更为科学,可为开展稻渔种养综合效益评价提供借鉴参考。
According to Tianjin rice-fishery breeding status and development characteristics,using the analytical hierarchy process(AHP)and the basic principle of entropy method,following the principles of scientific,systematic,feasible and practical,rice-fishery breeding comprehensive benefit evaluation index system was set up.Three primary indexes of economic benefit,ecological benefit,social benefit and 18 secondary indexes were included.The results showed that among the comprehensive benefits of rice-fishery breeding,the economic benefits were the highest,followed by ecological benefits,with social benefits being the lowest.The evaluation system was constructed by combining the subjective and objective evaluations,and by identifying the weights of each indicators,the evaluation results became more scientific and could provide references for the comprehensive benefit evaluation of rice-fishery breeding.
