家庭农场发展的现状、问题及对策——基于大理市238个家庭农场的数据

The Current Situation,Problems and Countermeasures of Family Farm Development--Based on Data from 238 Family Farms in Dali City

家庭农场作为我国新型农业经营的主体之一,是实施“乡村振兴战略”和促进“三农”发展的重要载体。文章基于大理市238个家庭农场数据,采用描述性统计的方法,阐述了农场的现状、特征及问题。研究表明:大理市农场规模偏小,以畜牧业和种植业为主,畜牧业每公顷年收益最高。农场主年龄普遍偏大、生产经营压力大、产品和商标注册率低、扶持力度偏弱是当前主要存在的问题。据此,从培育新型农民、延伸产业链条、加快品牌建设、加强融资创新4个方面提出促进家庭农场发展的对策建议。

As one of the main bodies of China’s new agricultural management,family farm is an important carrier to implement the“rural revitalization strategy”and promote the development of“agriculture,rural areas and farmers”.Based on the data of 238 family farms in Dali City,the method of descriptive statistics was used to illustrate the current situation,characteristics and problems of the farms.The research showed that the farm scale in Dali city was small,mainly with animal husbandry and planting.The per hectare annual income of animal husbandry was the highest.The current main problems including farmers were generally older in age,high production and operation pressure,low product and trademark registration rate,and weak support.Accordingly,countermcasures and suggestions of cultivating new farmers,extend the industrial chain,accelerate the brand construction and strengthening of financing innovation were put forward to promote the development of family farms.
