随着21世纪非常规战争成为大国博弈的常态,各国在认知域战略空间中的争夺日益激烈。围绕美军心理作战的条令法规、部队编制、装备和样式等方面,阐述了美军心理作战发展的现状、特点及趋势,分析了美军在近期局部战争中的经验,梳理了美军心理作战发展的脉络和方向,为我军探索心理作战体系化建设和发展路径提供参考。

With the unconventional war becoming the normal game of great powers in the 21st century,countries are increasingly competing in the strategic space of cognitive domain.From the aspects of the rules and regulations,the troop establishment,the equipment and the style of psychological warfare in the U.S.army,the current situation,characteristics and trend of the development of psychological warfare are expounded.The experience of the U.S.army in recent local wars are analyzed,and the development context and direction of psychological warfare in U.S.army are sorted out.Thus,it can provide reference for our army to explore the systematic construction and development path of psychological warfare.
