基于正交试验的波纹管结构参数优化及疲劳寿命分析 被引量:6

摘要 波纹管广泛应用在化工管道连接处,其疲劳寿命作为重要的性能指标。在对疲劳寿命预测过程中,出现研发周期长、经费高等问题。以3层U形金属波纹管为研究对象,建立有限元模型,运用Ansys软件考虑流固耦合作用来研究金属波纹管疲劳失效问题。根据理论公式计算理论疲劳寿命,对比有限元计算的疲劳寿命,误差为4.66%,证实利用有限元计算波纹管疲劳寿命的可靠性;分析U形波纹管不同的结构参数对疲劳寿命的影响;通过采用正交试验优化波纹管参数,得到优化方案并开展试验进行验证。结果表明,对3层U形波纹管结构参数进行设计优化的方法是切实可行的。 Bellows are widely used in chemical pipeline connections,and their fatigue life is an important performance indicator.In the process of fatigue life prediction,there are problems such as long development period and high cost.A three-layer U-shaped metal bellows was used as the research object to establish a finite element model,and Ansys software was used to study the fatigue failure of the metal bellows by considering the fluid-structure coupling effect.The theoretical fatigue life was calculated according to the theoretical equation,and the error was 4.66%when comparing the fatigue life calculated by finite element,which confirms the reliability of calculating the fatigue life of bellows by using finite element.The influence of different structural parameters of U-shaped bellows on fatigue life was analyzed;The optimization scheme was obtained by using orthogonal test to optimize the bellows parameters,and was verified by tests.The results prove that the method of design optimization of the structural parameters of the three-layer U-shaped bellows is practical and feasible.
