沙特阿美陆上管道标准体系探讨及思考

Discussion and reflection on the Saudi Aramco onshore pipeline engineering standard system

近年来,标准化设计是石油企业推崇的重点工作之一,完善的企业标准则是标准化设计工作的基石,为了充分借鉴国外石油企业的管道标准体系建设情况,以世界第一石油巨头沙特阿美(Saudi Aramco)的标准体系为例,分析了沙特阿美常用的管道设计、施工、清管、试压、管道安全等标准,发现标准体系文件涵盖面广,且相关标准指导性强,有利于实际应用,其中管道应力分析/柔性分析、锚固墩设计、管道工艺设备的材料选择、清管试压、管道安全等标准对中国石油企业相关标准体系的建立及完善有参考价值。

Standardization in design is one of the key tasks promoted by oil companies in recent years,and a set of complete corporate engineering standards is the cornerstone of standardization in design work.In order to gather experience and learnings from the development of pipeline engineering standard systems of international oil companies,this research takes the engineering standard system of Saudi Aramco,the world s largest oil company,as an example.This paper analyzes the commonly used standards of pipeline design,construction,pigging,pressure testing and pipeline safety in Saudi Aramco,and finds that its standard system documents cover a wide range,and the relevant standards give clear guidelines and are nicely set up for practical application.Its standards for pipeline stress analysis/flexibility analysis,anchor design,material selection for process equipment,pigging and pressure testing,and pipeline safety are valuable references for establishing and enhancing the relevant standardization in design documents in oil companies in China.
