超深高温高压气井排水采气技术研究及应用 被引量:1

摘要 克深气田位于库车坳陷克拉苏构造带,主开发层系为白垩系巴什基奇克组,气田边底水活跃,开发方式为衰竭开发。随着克深气田的深入开发,产水井逐渐增多,目前KS2区块、KS8区块、KS24区块等陆续见水,且见水形式严峻。为延缓气藏水侵、提高气藏采收率,开展排水采气是气藏治水的主要手段,而针对超深高温高压气井尚未开展排水采气技术研究,鉴于此,克深气田先后开展了泡沫排水、电潜泵排水、气举排水技术先导试验。通过现场试验,论证了气举排水采气技术在超深高温高压气井排水的中适用性,同时,该技术具有应用范围广、工艺简单、自动化程度高、管理方便等特点,为超深高温高压气井排水提供了技术手段,为同类气井排水采气提供了借鉴。 Keshen gas field is located in Kelasu structural belt of Kuqa depression.The main development layer is the Cretaceous Bashijiqike Formation.The edge and bottom water of the gas field are active and the development mode is exhaustion development.With the further development of Keshen gas field,the number of production wells is gradually increasing.At present,blocks KS2,KS8,KS24,etc.have seen water in succession,and the form of water breakthrough is severe.In order to delay the water invasion of the gas reservoir and improve the recovery ratio of the gas reservoir,water drainage and gas recovery is the main means of water control in the gas reservoir.Since the research on water drainage and gas recovery technology has not been carried out for ultra-deep high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells,Keshen gas field has successively carried out foam drainage,electric submersible pump drainage and pilot test for gas-lift drainage technology.The gas-lift drainage&gas recovery technology has achieved good results through its field application.Meanwhile,this technology has the characteristics of wide application,simple process,high degree of automation and easy management,etc.It provides technical means for water drainage&gas recovery in ultra-deep high-temperature and high-pressure gas wells and valuable experience for drainage&gas recovery of gas wells of the same nature.
