摘要
某高含硫气田集气站3台同类型原料气过滤分离器(F-020701-1/2/3)快开盲板密封,在大修停产期间进行气密性试验中均发生密封失效,通过现场测绘、检查,结合其密封原理分析密封失效原因,确定了密封结构因H 2S环境腐蚀发生变化是导致密封失效的根本原因。现场采取了对密封结构腐蚀减薄面进行堆焊后机械加工的修复方式进行修复,并通过了气密性试验、氦氮试验的检验,保证了设备在恢复生产中投入运行,也表明在装置现场能够实现对密封结构的修复,恢复设备功能和运行。
The seal of quick opening blind plate of the three sets of the same type of feed gas separator(F-020701-1/2/3)in a gas gathering station of a high sour gas field failed in the air tightness test during the major maintenance shutdown.Through on-site mapping and inspection,taking into account its sealing principle,fault tree analysis was performed.It was concluded that the change of sealing structure due to corrosion in a hydrogen sulfide environmental was the root cause of sealing failure.The repair method adopted on site was machining the sealing structure after weld overlay of the corroded and thinned surface of the sealing structure was carried out.After the repair,the seal passed both air tightness test and helium nitrogen test to demonstrate that the equipment could be put into operation production after the shutdown.It is concluded that the unit can realize the recovery of sealing structure.
