摘要
康索夫(Cansolv)尾气处理装置投运后,由于有机物超标引起废水反渗透装置和蒸发结晶装置运行效率下降,蒸发结晶装置堵塞和起泡现象等问题。选择以臭氧催化氧化与药剂催化氧化相结合的处理工艺,降低Cansolv尾气处理装置废水中化学耗氧量(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)和亚硫酸盐含量。臭氧催化氧化装置投运后,反渗透装置和蒸发结晶装置的COD下降,盐浆发泡的现象得到缓解。废水中COD降低对反渗透装置和蒸发结晶装置运行有着十分明显的优化效果,保障了废水处理装置的正常运行。
After the Cansolv exhaust gas treatment plant was put into operation,excessive organic matter was generated,resulting in a drop in the operating efficiency of the membrane unit of the waste water treatment plant.The above event gave rise to the issue of clogging and foaming of the evaporation crystallization unit.The combination of ozone catalytic oxidation and chemical catalytic oxidation was selected to reduce the levels of the COD(Chemical Oxygen Demand,COD)and sulfite in the waste water of the Cansolv exhaust gas treatment plant.After the ozone catalytic oxidation unit was put into operation,the COD level of the waste water treatment unit decreased and the foaming of the salt slurry was well alleviated.The reduction of COD level in waste water has a very obvious optimization effect on the operation of RO reverse osmosis and evaporation crystallization unit,which ensures the normal operation of the waste water treatment plant.
