辽宋文献中辽代“京道”与“京路”辨析

Analysis of“Jing Dao”and“Jing Lu”in the Liao Dynasty from the Literature of the Liao and Song Dynasties

《辽史》除《地理志》因谋篇需要提及诸“京道”外,仅有两处提及某“京道”,而辽代石刻及宋人文献皆没有关于辽代“京道”的任何记载。《辽史》中数次出现的“(几)京诸道”,是五代、北宋较为常见的一种说法,系诸京与诸节镇的合称。这些证据表明辽代并没有“京道”一级的政区。此外,文献中的“京路”也与行政区划无涉。《辽史》中关于三京宰相府的记载,实为东京中台省(宰相府)之误记,辽代并没有三京宰相府。

In addition to Geography Records,there are only two places where“Jing Dao(京道)”appears in The History of Liao(辽史).There is no record of the“Jing Dao”in the stone in-scriptions of the Liao Dynasty or in the literature of the Song Dynasty.“(Several)Jing Zhu Dao(几京诸道)”that appeared several times in The History of Liao is a relatively common saying during the Five Dynasties and Northern Song Dynasty,and it is the combined name of several capi-tals and several military prefectures.These show that the Liao Dynasty did not have the“Jing Dao”as a prefecture-level administrative district.In addition,the“Jing Lu(京路)”in the literature has nothing to do with administrative divisions.The records about the Prime Minister's Office of three capitals in The History of Liao are actually a misrepresentation of the Zhongtai Province(Prime Minister's Office)of Dongjing(东京).There was no Prime Minister's Office of three capitals in the Liao Dynasty.
