摘要
高校学生增值评价遵循学生发展的基本规律以及新时代教育发展的价值诉求,具有“以学生发展为价值引领;以评价育人为目标导向,以技术应用为实践支撑”的文化内涵。但实践中,易受传统评价文化的影响和制约,陷入观念、制度、行为等多个层面的文化困境之中。鉴此,可以通过注入价值增值的精神动力、加强功能置换的制度牵引以及重视专业介入的行为强化等,加强增值评价的文化建设,以此摆脱传统评价的文化束缚,走出文化困境,切实推进增值评价的改革与实践成效。
Value evaluation is the evaluation of student development view as the instruction,it focuses on process,result and effect mechanism of the development of students,is a kind of both developmental and educational value and rational evaluation of culture,culture,exist with the traditional evaluation concept,system and behavior,and many other aspects of the cultural conflicts,easy sink cultural dilemma in practice.We can get rid of the dilemma from three aspects:the spiritual motivation of adding value,the institutional traction of strengthening function replacement and the behavioral reinforcement emphasizing professional intervention,so as to break through and promote the shaping and practice of value-added evaluation culture.
