中小学劳动教育价值认识的缺失与弥补

摘要 以中小学劳动教育的价值认识为研究对象,结合教育学、全人教育、劳动教育等学科领域知识,采用实地调研法,探究中小学劳动教育价值认识现状,发现当前中小学劳动教育存在着因价值认识的短视而引发的矮化、价值认识的褊狭而表露的窄化、价值认识的游离而突显的虚化等问题。建议从三方面寻求纠偏对策:以学习性和宣传性为引领,突破劳动教育价值认识的高度;以理论性和实践性为导向,延展劳动教育价值认识的宽度;以协同性和专业性为突破,厚植劳动教育价值认识的深度。 Combined with domain knowledge of pedagogy,Holistic education,labor education and other disciplines,this study takes the value cognition of labor education in primary and secondary schools as the research object and adopts research methods such as literature analysis and field research to explore the status quo of the value cognition of labor education in primary and secondary schools.The results show that there are deficiencies in current labor education in primary and secondary schools,such as the shortsightedness of value cognition,the narrowness of value cognition,and the prominent emptiness of value cognition due to its dissociation.It is recommended to take measures such as"guided by publicity and learning,breaking through the height of understanding the value of labor education;guided by theory and practice,extending the width of understanding the value of labor education;and breaking through synergy and professionalism,cultivating the depth of understanding the value of labor education".
