共享经济平台企业社会责任的研究述评

Research Review and Prospect of Corporate Social Responsibility on Shared Economic Platform

近年来共享经济平台频发的社会履责缺失与行为异化等现实问题凸显我国加强共享经济平台企业社会责任建设的重要性和紧迫性。本文从共享经济平台企业社会责任的内涵与特征、平台企业履责的内外部因素、平台企业社会责任指标评价体系、平台企业社会责任治理等四个核心议题进行梳理与述评。总结出现有研究存在的缺失和不足,提出后续研究需要进一步明确界定内涵与外延、完善内外部影响要素、构建指标评价体系、优化责任治理路径等研究主题,从而加深对共享经济平台企业社会责任的理解,为后续实证研究提供理论借鉴,也有助于对平台企业履责的有效监督和规范治理。

With the vigorous development of the sharing economy,platform-based enterprises have exposed a series of problems such as potential safety hazards,bilateral disputes between supply and demand,user privacy leakage,and big data discriminatory pricing(BDDP),which have attracted widespread attention from all walks of life.Therefore,corporate social responsibility(CSR) of sharing economy platforms urgently needs to be studied.Although scholars have explored the causes,boundaries and mechanisms of it,the research content is relatively single and scattered.This paper reviews four aspects of CSR in sharing economy platforms:connotation,motivation,evaluation,and governance.It is found that all the four essential factors of content and boundary,the internal and external elements,the index evaluation system,and the governance path and countermeasure system of CSR in sharing economy platforms need to be clearly and further defined,supplemented,constructed,and optimized respectively.
