摘要
目的 为了降低心电监护仪的故障,保障临床科室使用心电监护仪的及时性和安全性,本研究将计划-执行-检查-处理(PDCA)循环理论应用于医院心电监护仪的维修管理中。方法 以蚌埠医学院第一附属医院医疗设备维修管理系统中的心电监护仪为研究对象,按照PDCA循环理论实施维修管理,对比实施前(2021年7月至2021年12月)与实施后(2022年1月至2022年6月)心电监护仪故障的变化情况。结果 通过PDCA循环理论方法制定、实施相应对策后,心电监护仪的月故障率明显降低,从之前的1.68%降低到0.61%,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=5.431,P=0.020)。结论 将PCDA循环理论应用于心电监护仪的维修管理中,能够有效地降低其故障率,并且为进一步将该理论推广到其它医疗设备维修管理中提供了依据。
【Objective】 In order to reduce the malfunction of ECG monitor and ensure the timeliness and safety of using ECG monitor in clinical departments,plan-do-check-action(PDCA) cycle theory was applied to the maintenance and management of hospital ECG monitor.【Methods】 The ECG monitor in our hospital medical equipment maintenance management system was selected as the research object,and the maintenance management was carried out according to the PDCA cycle theory.The changes of ECG monitors faults before implementation(July 2021 to December 2021) and after implementation(January 2022 to 2022 June)were compared.【Results】 After formulating and implementing corresponding countermeasures through the PDCA cycle theory,the monthly failure rate of the ECG monitor decreased significantly from 1.68% to 0.61%,the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=5.431,P=0.020).【Conclusion】 Applying the PCDA cycle theory to the maintenance management of ECG monitor can effectively reduce failure rate,and provides a basis for further extending the theory to the maintenance management of other medical equipment.
