摘要
目的研究连翘叶的化学成分。方法采用硅胶柱色谱,葡聚糖凝胶柱色谱和高效液相色谱等方法进行分离,根据MS和NMR等数据进行化合物结构鉴定。结果从连翘叶中共分离鉴定了7个化合物,分别鉴定为对羟基苯乙基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(1)、2-(4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯基)-乙基-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷(2)、(+)-8-羟基松脂醇-4-O-β-葡萄糖苷(3)、异樱花素-5-O-芸香糖苷(4)、山柰酚(5)、槲皮素(6)和芦丁(7)。结论化合物1~4为首次从连翘叶中分离鉴定。
Objective To determine the chemical constituents in the leaves of Forsythia suspensa.Methods The chemical constituents were studied by chromatographies on silica gel,Sephadex LH-20 and HPLC,and the chemical structures were deduced on the basis of MS and NMR spectral data analysis.Results Seven compounds were obtained and identified as p-hydroxyphenethyl-O-β-D-glucoside(1),2-(4-hydroxy-3-methoxyphenyl)-ethyl-O-β-D-glucoside(2),(+)-8-hydroxypinoresinol-4-O-β-glucoside(3),isosakuranetin-5-O-rutinoside(4),kaempferol(5),quercetin(6)and rutin(7),respectively.Conclusion Compounds 1~4 were isolated from the leaves of Forsythia suspensa for the first time.
