局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清双肾上腺素样激酶1、黏蛋白1的表达及与放疗预后的关系

Expression of doublecortin like kinase 1 and mucin 1 in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer and their relationship with prognosis after radiotherapy

目的探讨局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清双肾上腺素样激酶1(DCLK1)、黏蛋白1(MUC1)的表达及与放疗预后的关系。方法收集102例局部晚期宫颈癌患者的临床资料,分析不同临床特征、临床疗效和预后患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平,比较放疗前后患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平。结果不同肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移情况、临床分期和分化程度局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.05)。放疗后,局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平均明显低于放疗前,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。不同临床疗效局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平比较,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01),且放疗前局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1水平均随着疾病发展逐渐升高。3年生存局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1水平均明显低于1年生存患者,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论局部晚期宫颈癌患者血清DCLK1、MUC1表达水平与肿瘤直径、淋巴结转移情况、临床分期和分化程度有关,放疗前血清DCLK1、MUC1水平与患者临床疗效和预后密切相关,可作为判断肿瘤转归和评估放疗预后的重要指标。

Objective To investigate the expression of doublecortin like kinase 1(DCLK1)and mucin 1(MUC1)in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer and their relationship with prognosis after radiotherapy.Method The clinical data of 102 patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were collected,the serum DCLK1 and MUC1 expression levels of patients with different clinical characteristics,clinical efficacy,and prognosis were analyzed,and the serum DCLK1 and MUC1 expression levels of patients before and after radiotherapy were also compared.Result There were statistically significant differences in serum DCLK1 and MUC1 expression levels in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer with different tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,and differentiation degree(P<0.05).After radiotherapy,the expression levels of serum DCLK1 and MUC1 in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer were significantly lower than those before radiotherapy,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).There were statistically significant differences in serum DCLK1 and MUC1 expression levels in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer with different clinical curative effects(P<0.01).Moreover,the serum levels of DCLK1 and MUC1 in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer before radiotherapy gradually increased with the development of the disease.The serum levels of DCLK1 and MUC1 in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer who survived for three years were significantly lower than those of patients who survived for one year,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Serum DCLK1 and MUC1 expression levels in patients with locally advanced cervical cancer are related to tumor diameter,lymph node metastasis,clinical stage,and differentiation degree.Serum DCLK1 and MUC1 levels before radiotherapy are closely related to the clinical efficacy and prognosis of patients and could be used as important indicators for judging tumor outcomes and assessing radiotherapy prognosis.
