【accent口音】Accent is the component of DIALECT which refers to pronunciation.Regional accents locate speakers geographically,e.g.British,American,Welsh,Scottish(with the exception of the non-localized RECEIVED PRONUNCIATION(RP)in the United Kingdom).Regional accents intersect with social ones which depend on the speaker's class,education,ethnicity and other characteristics.
