摘要
中间轴承主要用于承受轴系径向载荷,是船舶推进轴系的重要组成部分,其结构强度及抗冲击性能对轴系运转及船舶生命力具有重要影响。对船舶中间轴承的主要零部件进行结构优化设计,基于时域分析法对中间轴承进行抗冲击性能仿真分析。通过平台冲击试验,验证了结构优化后的中间轴承能够承受水下爆炸冲击,对船舶中间轴承的结构设计和计算具有一定的指导意义。
The intermediate bearing is an important part of marine propulsion shafting,which is mainly used to bear radial load of shaft.The structural strength and impact performance of the intermediate bearing has important effects on shafting operation and marine vitality.The structural optimization design of the intermediate bearing main components was carried out.The impact simulation performance was analyzed based on the time-domain analysis method.Finally,it was verified that the optimized intermediate bearing can withstand the impact of underwater explosion through the platform impact test.The conclusions provide guiding significance for the structure design and calculation of marine intermediate bearing.
