基于分动器的小齿轮预载荷分析与研究

摘要 分动器产品的小齿轮预载荷,对于总成性能影响很大。基于某款产品的小齿轮预载荷特性,分析预载荷返工率高的影响因素,包括隔套高度、轴承座间距及预测预载荷三个方面。根据分析结果,对现有装配工艺以及相关设备进行优化改进并开展相关验证,验证结果表明改进方案能够有效降低返工率,减少返工成本,并且有效地提高小齿轮预紧装配质量。 The pinion preload in the power transfer unit has remarkable effects on the performance of the assembly.Based on the pinion preload characteristics of a certain product,the factors influencing the high rework rate of pinion preload are analyzed,including spacer sleeve height,bearing seats distance and the predicted preload.According to the analysis results,the existing assembly process and preload associated equipment were optimized and improved,and relevant verification was carried out.It showed that the rework rate and rework cost could be effectively reduced by the improved method,as well as the quality of pinion preload assembly.
