摘要 依托郑州市地铁8号线龙王庙站污水管道改迁工程,通过对区间11中工作井W-12~W-13范围内的顶管施工引起的地表沉降进行分析研究,得出了郑州地区顶管下穿城市道路引起的地表沉降规律。研究结果表明:顶管施工过程中,工作管到达时和通过时引起的地表沉降最大;产生地表沉降的横向影响范围为距离管轴线-10m~10m内;路面结构层可以有效限制地表沉降,使得横向沉降槽“浅而宽”;产生地表沉降的纵向影响范围在开挖面前后-10m~20m内;靠近始发端的监测点的地表沉降显著大于靠近接收端的监测点。最后,分析研究了产生地表沉降的原因,并提出了相应的施工处理措施。 A case study of pipe jacking in the sewage pipeline alteration project in Longwangmiao Station of Zhengzhou Metro Line 8 was carried out.The land subsidence caused by pipe jacking between the working well No.W-12 and W-13 in Section 11 was analyzed,and the subsidence law caused by pipe jacking under urban roads in Zhengzhou area was proposed.The results show that the surface settlement mainly occurs at the stage of arrival and jacking process;the lateral influence range of surface settlement is within 10m from the pipe axis;the road pavement layer can effectively reduce the surface settlement to a shallow and wide settlement area;the longitudinal influence range in is about 10m before and 20m after the excavation face;The surface settlement near the thrust pit is obviously larger than that near the receipt pit.Finally,the cause of surface settlement is analyzed,and the corresponding treatment measures are put forward.
