摘要
沙钢5800m高炉生产运行已超过12年,受限于总图布置,高炉仅有3个铁口,且铁口分布不均匀,生产中曾出现过数次炉缸温度升高及炭砖侵蚀现象。针对5800m高炉炉缸工作不均匀、不容易活跃、存在气隙等问题,经过长期的生产实践,摸索出了适合炉役后期安全生产的措施:①优化出铁制度,加强出铁管理;②提高炉缸活跃性;③炉缸定期压浆和排水;④加强原燃料质量管理。目前,5800m高炉一代炉役铁产量已达到9300/m^(3)以上,炉缸温度在受控范围内,炉缸炭砖没有出现新的侵蚀,炉缸工作状态稳定,利用系数达到2.25(m^(3)·d)。
Shagang 5800m^(3) BF has operated for over 12 years,and it is designed with only three tapholes which are not ar-ranged evenly due to the reason of BF general layout space.The furnace suffers abnormal hearth temperature rise and carbon brick erosion several times during production.Facing the hearth problems of uneven erosion resulted from different circulation conditions of the hot metal and slag because of uneven arrangement of the taphole,as well as inactive operation and occur-rence of air gap,the safety production measures applicable for the later stage of furnace campaign are figured out on the basis of long time production practices,including(1)Optimization of the tapping system and strengthening of the tapping manage-ment;(2)Enhancement of the hearth activity;(3)Regularly spraying of gunite-type hot face linings,and regular water draining;(4)Escalation of the quality management of raw materials and fuel.Up to now,the output of this furnace hits over 9300t/m^(3) in one generation of campaign,the hearth temperature remains in the controlled range,and no new erosion is found in the hearth carbon bricks.The furnace operates with stable hearth condition and its productivity reaches 2.25V(m^(3)·d).
