高比例块矿高炉块状带炉料运动的物理模拟

摘要 以宝钢某高炉为原型,搭建二维狭槽模型,采用物理模拟的方法,对块矿比例提高后炉料在高炉块状带的运动规律进行了研究。结果表明:块状带炉料的运动可分为静止区、类静止区、汇聚流区及管道流区,管道流区是炉料下降的最主要区域,静止区的存在对炉料下降通道有压缩作用;以炉料下降通道炉墙侧距中心30%线为参考线,用块矿代替部分球团矿后,炉料下降最快位置更靠近高炉边沿,边沿气流受到抑制,导致高炉透气性变差。为此,建议在操作应对策略上,应根据热负荷的变化,及时疏松边沿降低压差,并结合块矿性质控制好软熔带根部位置,同时加强原料筛分管理、强化炉前作业等。 A two-dimensional slot model is built based on the parameters of a BF in Baosteel,which is used to carry out a physical simulation of the burden under different stock mixes so as to study the impact of higher lumpy ore percentage on the burden movement in lumpy ore zone.The test results show that the burden movement area in the zone can be divided into four parts:stationary area,quasi-stationary area,converging flow area and channelized flow area,in which,the channelized flow area is the most important area for burden descending;the existence of the stationary area has a compression effect on the burden descending pathway.Taking the line of burden descending pathway which is at the point 30%of the centerline from furnace center to the furnace side wall as the reference line,the position where the burden descends in the fastest speed is closer to the furnace edge when part of pellets are replaced by the lump ores,such situation will suppress the edge gas flow,resulting in poor permeability.Therefore,measures,such as strengthening raw material screening,enhancement of op-eration management at the casthouse,and smoothening of edge gas flow,should be taken.
