基于哈佛分析框架的顺丰控股财务研究

Financial Research on SF Express Holdings Based on Harvard Analysis Framework

随着电子商务平台的迅速发展,我国快递业务量呈暴发性增长。顺丰控股作为民营快递企业的龙头,研究其发展状况以及发展方向有着重要意义。本文基于顺丰控股2019—2021年的财务数据,应用哈佛分析框架从战略、会计、财务以及前景四方面综合分析顺丰控股发展中存在的优势和威胁,并提出完善智慧物流体系、国家给予优惠政策和下沉物流网点等发展建议。

With the rapid development of e-commerce platform,China's express business volume has witnessed explosive growth.As the leading private express enterprises,it is of great significance to study the development status and direction of SF Express Holdings.Based on the financial data of SF Holding from 2019 to 2021,this paper applies the Harvard analysis framework to comprehensively analyze the advantages and threats existing in the development of SF Holding from the four aspects of strategy,accounting,finance and prospect,and puts forward suggestions on improving the smart logistics system,preferential policies given by the state and sinking the logistics network.
