金刚藤胶囊联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

Clinical study on Jingangteng Capsules combined with ibuprofen in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

目的观察金刚藤胶囊联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选择2019年6月—2021年12月在安徽理工大学第一附属医院就诊的96例原发性痛经患者,按照随机数字表法分为对照组(48例)和治疗组(48例)。对照组经前2~3 d口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,1粒/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上口服金刚藤胶囊,4粒/次,3次/d。两组患者连续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组患者临床疗效,比较治疗前后两组患者疼痛评分,血清β-内啡肽、前列腺素E_(2)(PGE_(2))、P物质(SP)和血小板活化因子(PAF)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率(93.75%)明显高于对照组(75.00%,P<0.05)。治疗后,两组患者疼痛总频率评分和严重程度评分明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清β-内啡肽水平明显升高,而PGE_(2)、SP和PAF水平明显下降(P<0.05),且治疗组改善程度明显好于对照组(P<0.05)。结论金刚藤胶囊联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经,可有效减轻疼痛症状,改善血清PGE_(2)、SP、PAF、β-内啡肽水平。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jingangteng Capsules combined with ibuprofen in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea.Methods Patients(96 cases)with primary dysmenorrhea in the First Hospital of Anhui University of Science&Technology from June 2019 to December 2021 were divided into control(48 cases)and treatment(48 cases)group by the random number table method.Patients in the control group was po administered with Ibuprofen Sustained-Release Capsules 2—3 d before menstruation,1 grain/time,twice daily.Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Jingangteng Capsules on the basis of the control group,4 grains/time,three times daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles.After treatment,the clinical evaluation was evaluated,and the pain scores,the levels of serumβ-Endorphin,PGE_(2),SP,and PAF in two groups before and after treatment were compared.Results After treatment,the clinical effective rate of the treatment group(93.75%)was significantly higher than that of the control group(75.00%,P<0.05).After treatment,the total frequency score and severity score of pain in two groups were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the level of serumβ-endorphin in two groups was significantly increased,while the levels of PGE_(2),SP,and PAF were significantly decreased(P<0.05),and these indicators in the treatment group were significantly better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jingangteng Capsules combined with ibuprofen in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea can effectively relieve pain symptoms and improve the levels of serum PGE_(2),SP,PAF andβ-endorphin.
