基于分布式通信架构的温控负荷参与电力系统频率调控模型 被引量:2

摘要 温控负荷是具有参与电力系统频率调控潜力的需求侧资源。考虑到温控负荷用户群体分布的分散性和参数的异质性,提出一种基于分布式通信架构的温控负荷参与电力系统频率调控模型。负荷聚合商与区域控制器进行直接通信传递频率调控指令,用户个体间基于无线网络完成信息交互,通过Gossip算法实现节点负荷的通信状态和传递延时特性建模,针对用户响应状态的随机性,进一步将用户意愿系数纳入考虑,制定相应有序恢复策略避免二次功率冲击。通过算例仿真在单区域和多区域的频率响应模型中对所提方法有效性进行了验证,结果表明,所提方法能够充分发挥分布式需求侧温控负荷调频潜力,有利于提升系统频率稳定性。 Temperature-controlled loads are the demandside resources that have the potential to participate in the power system frequency regulation.Considering the dispersiveness of the temperature-controlled load user groups and the heterogeneity of the parameters,a frequency regulation model of the temperature-controlled load participation in the power system based on the distributed communication architecture is proposed.The load aggregator communicates directly with the regional controller to transmit the frequency regulation commands,and the individual users complete the information exchanges based on the wireless network,the communication status and transfer delay characteristics of node loads are modeled using the Gossip algorithm.In view of the randomness of user response status,the user willingness coefficient is further taken into consideration,and a corresponding orderly recovery strategy is formulated to avoid the secondary power shocks.The effectiveness of the proposed method is verified in the single-regional and multi-regional frequency response models by the numerical example simulation.The results show that the proposed method is able to give full play to the frequency regulation potential of the distributed demand-side temperature control loads,which is beneficial to improve the system frequency stability.
