摘要
以交、直流配电网为研究对象,分析了线路两侧安装磁环后区内、外故障电压行波陡度和峰值时间的差异,提出了基于模电压行波峰值时间的单端量全线速动保护原理,分析了故障类型、过渡电阻、故障初相角、分支线路、中性点接地方式以及雷击等暂态干扰对对判据的影响并提出了相应对策,理论分析、仿真和实验结果表明该文的方法可以可靠识别交、直流配电网线路的区内外故障,具有仅利用单端电压即可保护线路全长、动作速度快、可理论整定的优点。
Taking the AC and DC distribution network as research objects,the steepness and the peak time of the mode voltage traveling wave are analyzed in the case of the internal and external faults.The peak time of the mode voltage traveling wave-based single-ended high-speed protection principle is proposed.The impacts of the fault types,the fault resistance,the fault inception angles,the branches,the neutral grounding modes and the transient interfaces on the proposed protection criteria are analyzed and the countermeasures are proposed.The theoretical analysis,simulation and experiment results show that the method is able to reliably identify the internal and external faults of the AC and DC distribution lines with the advantages of protecting the whole line at a fast speed without any simulation setting but only using the single-ended voltage.
