硼毒害及植物生长调节剂的缓解调控进展

Research Status and Prospect of Boron Toxicity and Plant Growth Regulators in Alleviating Boron Toxicity

摘要 硼是植物必需的微量元素,能促进碳水化合物的运输和代谢,提高植物的产量和改善品质.硼浓度过高时会导致植物表现出生理代谢失调、生长发育受阻,抑制作物产质量的形成.植物生长调节剂能够降低硼毒害情况下植物硼素的积累、有效缓解硼毒害对细胞的伤害,促进植物生理生化代谢,减轻硼毒害症状.本文从植物生长发育、光合生理、抗氧化机制以及产量品质等方面归纳了硼毒害对植物危害的进展以及植物生长调节剂调控应用现状,并对未来硼毒害缓解科研方向和生产实践的应用提出了展望和建议,以期更好地为服务农业生产提供参考依据. Boron is an essential trace element for plants,which can promote the transportation and metabolism of carbohydrates,increase the yield and improve the quality of plants.When the concentration of boron is too high,plants will show physiological metabolic disorders in plants and inhibit crop growth and development.Plant growth regulators can reduce the accumulation of boron in plants under the condition of boron toxicity,effectively relieve the damage of boron toxicity to cells,promote the physiological and biochemical metabolism of plants,and alleviate the symptoms of boron toxicity.This paper summarizes the progress of boron toxicity on plants and the current status of the application of plant growth regulators from the aspects of plant growth and development,photosynthetic physiology,antioxidant mechanism,yield and quality,etc.Prospects and suggestions in order to provide a better reference for serving agricultural production.
