疏肝和胃冲剂治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者的临床研究

Clinical Study of Shugan Hewei Infusion Granules in the Treatment of Functional Dyspepsia with Liver Depression and Spleen Deficiency Syndrome

目的探究对肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者行疏肝和胃冲剂治疗的效果。方法选取2021年10月—2022年6月本院收治的56例肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者,随机数字表法分为对照组(28例)和观察组(28例),前者行常规西药治疗,后者于常规西药治疗基础上加行疏肝和胃冲剂治疗,对比分析两组患者胃肠激素指标、中医症候积分、不良反应发生率以及临床疗效。结果治疗后,相比对照组,观察组胃泌素、生长抑素水平更低,胃动素水平更高(P<0.01)。治疗2周、4周后,相较于对照组,观察组中医证候积分显著更低,有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗后,相较对照组,观察组肠道症状评分更低,营养指标(ALB/TP/Hb)水平更高(P<0.01)。治疗后,与对照组患者情绪状态评分(HAMD、HAMA)相比,观察组患者评分显著更低(P<0.01)。治疗期间,两组患者无不良反应发生。两组患者总有效率对比,观察组更高(P<0.05)。结论在肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良患者临床治疗中,行疏肝和胃冲剂治疗疗效确切,可促进患者症状缓解,改善患者胃肠功能及营养状态,减轻患者负性情绪,较为安全,推广可行性较高。

t Objective To explore the effect of Shugan Hewei Infusion Granules(SGHw)on functional dyspepsia patients with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome.Methods Fiftysix patients with functional dyspepsia(liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome)admitted to this hospital from October 2021 to June 2022 were enrolled and randomly divided into a control group(n=28)and an observation group(n=28)according to the random number table method.The patients in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,while those in the observation groups received additional SGHW on the basis of conventional western medicine.The gastrointestinal hormone indexes,traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)syndrome scores,incidence of adverse reactions,and clinical efficacy were compared and analyzed between the two groups.Results After treatment,the levels of gastrin and somatostatin in the observation group were lower and the levels of motilin were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).After two and four weeks of treatment,the TCM symptom score of the patients in the observation group was significantly lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,patients in the observation group had lower scores of intestinal symptoms and higher levels of nutritional indicators(ALB/TP/Hb)than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the HAMD and HAMA scores of patients in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).During the treatment,there was no adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion In the clinical treatment of patients with functional dyspepsia with liver depression and spleen deficiency syndrome,SGHW has a definite therapeutic effect,and it can promote the relief of symptoms,improve gastrointestinal function and nutritional status,and reduce negative emotions of patients,which is relatively safe and highly feasible forpromotion.
