中药联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎的Meta分析

Meta-analysis of Chinese Medicine Combined with Quinolone Antibiotics in the Treatment of Chronic Bacterial Prostatitis

摘要 目的 通过Meta分析评估中药联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗慢性细菌性前列腺炎(CBP)的疗效及安全性。方法 检索中国知网、万方、维普、中国生物医学文献数据库、PubMed、Embase和Cochrane Library,收集中药联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗CBP的随机对照试验(RCT),根据Cochrane系统评价原则对纳入文献进行质量评价,并使用Rev Man 5.3软件进行Meta分析。结果 纳入20个RCT,共1 986例患者。Meta分析结果显示,与单用喹诺酮类抗生素相比,中药联合喹诺酮类抗生素能显著提高CBP患者的有效率(RR=1.24,95%CI:1.20~1.29,P <0.000 01)和细菌培养转阴率(RR=1.43,95%CI:1.20~1.69,P <0.000 1)。在不良反应出现率方面,两组间差异无统计学意义(P> 0.05)。结论 中药联合喹诺酮类抗生素治疗CBP具有更好的疗效,且安全性良好。 Objective To evaluate the efficacy and safety of Chinese medicine combined with quinolone antibiotics in the treatment of chronic bacterial prostatitis(CBP)by Meta-analysis.Methods CNKl,Wanfang Data,VIP,CBM,PubMed,Embase,and Cochrane Library were searched for randomized controlled trials(RCTs)of Chinese medicine combined with quinolone antibiotics in the treatment of CBP.The quality of the included literature was evaluated according to the Cochrane system evaluation principle,and Meta-analysis was performed using RevMan 5.3 software.Results Twenty RCTs were included,involving 1986 patients.The results of the Meta-analysis showed that compared with the treatment with quinolone antibiotics alone,Chinese medicine combined with quinolone antibiotics could significantly improve the effective rate[RR=1.24,95%Cl(1.20,1.29),P<0.00001]and negative conversion rate of bacterial culture[RR=1.43,95%Cl(1.20,1.69),P<0.0001]of CBP patients.There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Chinese medicine combined with quinolones in the treatment of CBP has superior efficacyand safety.
