中等城市经济—资源—环境耦合协调发展路径研究——基于“双都市圈”融合发展的视角

Research on the Coupled and Coordinated Development Path of Economy-Resource-Environment in Medium-sized Cities:Based on the Perspective of the Integrated Development of“Double Metropolitan Areas”

在构建评价地区经济—资源—环境指标体系的基础上,对指标体系进行KMO和Bartlett检验并优化,运用耦合协调模型,分析南京都市圈和合肥都市圈“双都市圈”对滁州市经济—资源—环境耦合协调度的影响,为中等城市加快融入都市圈,促进经济发展提供借鉴。结果表明,2012—2020年滁州市经济—资源—环境耦合协调度曲线呈单调递增走势,与“双都市圈”耦合协调度曲线高度黏合,处于低水平耦合。滁州市耦合协调度不高主要受资源约束,其资源供给和资源利用两个方面与“双都市圈”存在较大的差距。为此,建议类似滁州区位条件的中等城市应从增加人力资源供给、物资资源供给和旅游资源供给等方面缓解资源供给对经济发展的制约影响,从加快产业承接转移、优化产业结构等方面提高资源使用效率、减少经济发展对资源的需求。

Based on the construction of the regional economy-resource-environment indicator system,which is tested and optimized using KMO and Bartlett,the coupling coordination model is used to analyze the impact of Nanjing Metropolitan Area and Hefei Metropolitan Area as“Double Metropolitan Areas”on the coupling coordination degree of economy-resource-environment in Chuzhou City,so as to provide reference for medium-sized cities to accelerate their integration into metropolitan area and promote economic development.The results show that,from 2012 to 2020,the coordination degree curve of the coupling of economy-resource-environment in Chuzhou showed a monotonic increasing trend,which is at low level coupling and is highly cohesive with the“Double Metropolitan Areas”coupling coordination curve.The reason for the low coupling and coordination in Chuzhou is mainly due to resource constraints,and there is a big gap between its resources supply and utilization and those of the“Double Metropolitan Areas”.Therefore,it is concluded that,medium-sized cities with similar geographical conditions in Chuzhou should increase the supply of human resources,material resources and tourism resources to address the constraints of resource supply on economic development.It needs improve the efficiency of resource use and reduce the demand for resources for economic development by speeding up the transfer of industrial undertaking and optimizing the industrial structure.
