经颅磁刺激联合运动疗法治疗帕金森病运动障碍疗效观察 被引量:1

Observation on the efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease

摘要 目的探讨经颅磁刺激联合运动疗法治疗帕金森病运动障碍的临床疗效。方法选择2021年1月—2022年6月本院收治的诊断为帕金森病且有运动障碍的患者120例作为研究对象,随机数表法分为A组(药物治疗组)、B组(药物治疗+康复治疗组)、C组(药物治疗+经颅磁组)和D组(药物治疗+康复治疗+经颅磁组)共四组,每组各30例。所有患者均接受帕金森病常规治疗,A组为单独接受药物治疗,B组进行药物治疗联合运动疗法康复治疗,C组进行药物治疗联合经颅磁治疗,D组进行药物治疗、经颅磁治疗以及运动疗法康复治疗。采用ADL量表、Berg平衡量表、修订的Ashworth量表评定各组治疗效果。结果D组治疗效果均优于A组、B组、C组(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论经颅磁刺激联合运动疗法治疗帕金森病运动障碍作为一种新的治疗方案,疗效显著,对患者的运动功能改善具有极大帮助,能够有效改善患者的生活质量,值得临床推广。 Objective To explore the clinical efficacy of transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease.Methods Accumulated 120 patients who were diagnosed as Parkinson's disease in Harbin No.2 Hospital during January 2022-June 2022and had movement disorders were enrolled as study subjects.The patients were randomly divided into group 4 groups(A,B,C and D),with 30 cases in each group.Based on regular treatment of Parkinson's disease,patients in group A took only medicine treatment;those in group B took medicine treatment combined with exercise therapy;those in group C took medicine treatment combined with transcranial magnetic therapy;those in group D took medicine treatment combined with transcranial magnetic therapy and exercise therapy.The ADL scale,Berg balance scale(BBS),and the modified Ashworth scale were used to evaluate the treatment effects of each group.Results The treatment effect of group D was significantly better than the other three groups(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusions Transcranial magnetic stimulation combined with exercise therapy in the treatment of dyskinesia in Parkinson's disease,as a new treatment solution,had a significant treatment effect.It provides magnificent help to improve patients'movement functions and quality of life.Therefore,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
