金振口服液联合布地奈德+异丙托溴铵雾化治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果观察

Observation on the effect of orally administration of Jinzhen oral liquid combined with budesonide and ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with Mycoplasma pneumonia

目的探讨金振口服液联合布地奈德+异丙托溴铵雾化治疗支原体肺炎患儿的效果观察。方法选择2018年3月—2021年12月本院门诊收治的支原体肺炎患儿102例作为研究对象,采用随机数表法分为常规组和联合组两组,每组各51例。常规组采用退热等对症治疗以及静脉滴注阿奇霉素及布地奈德+异丙托溴铵雾化吸入辅助治疗。联合组在常规组的基础上联合口服金振口服液。两组患儿均连续治疗2周。比较两组患儿的临床疗效,治疗前后血清炎性指标、血清免疫球蛋白指标。结果治疗前,两组INF-γ、INF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组上述指标均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);治疗前,两组血清IgA、IgM水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),治疗后,两组血清IgA、IgM水平均降低(P<0.05),且联合组低于常规组(P<0.05);联合组总有效率为92.16%(47/51)明显高于常规组的76.47%(39/51)(P<0.05)。结论金振口服液联合布地奈德+异丙托溴铵雾化吸入辅助治疗支原体肺炎患儿的临床疗效更显著,可有效调节患者体液免疫和细胞免疫,促进恢复,值得推广应用。

Objective To observe the effect of orally taking Jinzhen oral liquid combined with budesonide and ipratropium bromide aerosol inhalation in the treatment of children with mycoplasma pneumonia.Methods 102 puerile patients with mycoplasma pneumonia those were admitted to out patients of our hospital from March 2018 to December 2021 were selected as study subjects,and according to random number table method they were randomly divided into the convention group and the combination group,with 51 patients in each group.The patients in the conventional group were treated with basic therapy such as antipyretic,as well as intravenous drip of azithromycin,and aerosol inhalation of budesonide and ipratropium bromide as an auxiliary therapy.Patients in the combined group took Jinzhen oral liquid on the basis of the conventional group.Both groups were treated continuously for 2 weeks.The clinical efficacy,serum inflammatory index and serum immunoglobulin index before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results Before treatment,there were no significant difference in INF-γand INF-αlevels between 2 groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the above indexes were decreased in both 2 groups(P<0.05),and the levels in combination group was lower than the convention group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in serum IgA and IgM levels between two groups(P>0.05).After treatment,the serum IgA and IgM levels in both groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the concentrations in combination group were lower than the conventional group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the combination group was 92.16%(47/51),which was significantly higher than 76.47%(39/51)of the conventional group(P<0.05).Conclusions Jinzhen oral liquid combined with Budesonide and ipratropium bromide atomized inhalation adjuvant treatment for mycoplasma pneumonia in children has more significant clinical efficacy,this strategy can effectively regulate the humoral immunity and cellular immunity,promote recovery,worthy of promotion and application.
