摘要
以甲苯二异氰酸酯(TDI)、聚氧化丙烯二醇(PPG2000)、1,2-丙二醇、二羟甲基丙酸(DMPA)和环氧树脂E51等为原料,制备了一系列环氧树脂改性的水性聚氨酯乳液。通过对乳液的稳定性、黏度、红外光谱、力学性能、耐水性等的测试分析,研究了环氧树脂E51对水性聚氨酯乳液的性能的影响。红外光谱测试表明,环氧树脂E51可成功接入到水性聚氨酯分子链中。当环氧树脂E51含量达到6%时,水性聚氨酯胶膜的拉伸强度为1.58 MPa,断裂伸长率为794.59%,吸水率为15.68%,与未添加环氧树脂E51相比,水性聚氨酯乳液的黏度增大,胶膜的拉伸强度增大,断裂伸长率减小,耐水性能提高。
The toluene disocyanate(TDI),polyoxypropylene glycol(PPG2000),1,2-propanediol,dimethylolpropionic acid(DMPA)and epoxy resin E5l are used as raw materials to prepare a series of epoxy resin modified waterborne polyurethane emulsions.The influence of epoxy resin E51 on the properties of waterborne polyurethane emulsion is studied by testing and analyzing its stability,viscosity,infrared spectrum,mechanical proper-ties and water resistance.The infrared analysis shows that the epoxy E51 is successfully incorporated into the molecular chain of waterborne polyurethane.When the content of epoxy resin E51 reaches 6%,the tensile strength of waterborne polyurethane film is 1.58 MPa,the elongation at break is 794.59%,and the water absorption is 15.68%.Compared with that of the unmodified one,the viscosity of modified waterborne polyurethane emulsion and the tensile strength of film increases,the elongation at break decreases,and the water resistance is improved.
