软组织损伤用水凝胶的制备及性能表征

Preparation and Characterization of a Hydrogel for Soft Tissue Injury

摘要 针对传统软组织损伤用的生物粘合剂存在粘合性差和难以降解的问题,制备一种氧化硫酸软骨素的水凝胶,并就硫酸软骨素(CS)氧化程度对水凝胶性能的影响进行探讨。试验结果表明:CS氧化程度在60%时,水凝胶样品(G20OCS60)的压缩性能和拉伸性能良好。在空气和液体状态下,皆表现出良好的可注射性。在PBS溶液中的爆破强度可达36k Pa左右,远高于人类高血压爆破强度;在较短时间内,可快速实现止血,且随温度的变化,可实现逆粘结;表现出较优的可降解性和体内创伤修复性能。由此得出,以上制备的水凝胶可作为软组织损伤生物粘合剂进行使用。 A new injectable oxidized chondroitin sulfate hydrogel is developed to solve the problems of the traditional biological adhesive used for soft tissue injury,which are poor adhesion and dfficult to degradation.The effect of oxidation degree of chondroitin sulfate(CS)on the properties of hydrogels is studied.The test results show that the hydrogel sample(G200CS60)with a CS oxidation degree of 60%has good compressive and tensile properties,and it exhibits a good injectability in both air and liquid states.The bursting strength in PBS solution can reach about 36kPa,which is much higher than that of human high blood pressure;In a short time,it can stop bleeding quickly and can achieve reversible bonding with tempera-ture;It has a good degradability and in vivo wound repair performance,and can be used as a multi-purpose biological adhesive for soft tissue injury.
