摘要
档案在线展览是信息技术和档案资源开发深度融合的体现,是响应国家大力开发红色档案资源号召的必要行动和打破档案展览时空局限性的重要举措。本文采用统计调查法和比较分析法,以我国各省级综合档案馆档案网站为调查对象,从网页设计、呈现形式、展览内容、展览宣传、更新频率、展品创作版权对红色档案在线展览的工作现状进行调查,分析其存在的问题,探讨红色档案在线展览的优化策略。
The online exhibition of archives is the embodiment of the deep integration of information technology and the development of archives resources.It is also a necessary action to respond to the national call to develop red archives resources and important measures to break the time and space limitation of archives exhibition.This paper adopts the methods of statistical investigation and comparative analysis and takes the archival websites of provincial comprehensive archives in China as the subject of investigation.From the aspects of web page design,presentation form,exhibition content,exhibition publicity,update frequency and exhibition creation copyright,this paper investigates the current situation of online exhibition of red archives,analyzes its existing problems and discusses the optimization strategy of online exhibition of red archives.
