Specialized archives are an important part of the national archives network layout.Under the new circumstances,the country,society and the public all raise higher requirements for its functions.Starting from the outline of the present situation of specialized archives under the new circumstances,the paper analyzes the functional development requirements and puts forward the realization path of specialized archives under the new circumstances from three aspects of overall situation of the work of the Party and the state,the development of information technology and service to the people.It aims to promote the healthy and long-term development of specialized archives,better play the role of the archives and highlight the era characteristics of specialized archives.
