英语轻动词构式的双向压制阐释

轻动词构式是指动词所承载的语义内容少,必须和另一个名词短语补足语一起组合成一个动词短语结构.文章基于构式语法相关理论,试图阐释构式压制和词汇压制的双向互动整合,最终实现构式整体形义关系和词项形义关系的两相契合,对该构式语义关系形成过程中的一些特质做出统一的解释.

Light verb construction carries little semantic content which must be combined with another noun phrase complement to form a phrasal verb structure.Based on the correlation theory of construction grammar,this pa-per attempts to explain the interaction and integration of construction coercion and lexical coercion,and finally realize the agreement of the semantic relation of the construction and the component,so as to clarify semantic idiosyncrasies in the formation of English LVCs.
