摘要
认知语言学主要研究人类认知与语言之间的关系,具有理据性和隐喻性的特征.现阶段大学英语教学的词汇、语法教学方面存在的问题可以尝试用认知语言学的理论去解决.认知语言学的理论对大学英语教学有一定的启示作用.文章讨论了教师可以尝试在词汇教学中运用理据特性,在语法教学中贯穿隐喻思维.一方面,可以帮助学习者提高学习效率;另一方面,可以为教师的教学行为提供指导.
Cognitive linguistic mainly studies the relation between human cognition and language.Cognitive lin-guistics has the motivated and metaphorical characteristics.The cognitive linguistic approach is expected to give en-lightenment to college English teaching.Teachers could try to apply motivation to vocabulary teaching,and metaphori-cal thinking to grammar teaching.It can not only help the learner improve their learning efficiency,but also provide guidance to the teaching behavior for teachers.
