从西部地区医学翻译供求结构看翻译人才的本硕一体化培养

随着医药产业国际合作的深化和市场的不断发展,我国西部地区医学翻译市场规模和需求逐年扩大.文章对相关数据进行梳理后发现,医学翻译人才的数量和结构无法很好地满足市场的需求,矛盾主要体现在人才总体数量不足,医学翻译人才输出与需求不匹配.对此,文章提出在本硕一体化培养模式之下,充分发挥西部高校的特点,合理地利用高校所在地区的区域优势,在课程设置上加强本、硕之间的联系,在本科阶段打下医学基础,开设更多医学英语课程,研究生阶段适当开设前沿交叉课程;为本科生引入导师制,为人才深造做好充分的准备以及挖掘资源以深化产教融合,从而将翻译更好地与医学结合起来,为医药产业和区域经济培养更多优秀的医学翻译人才.

With the deepening of international cooperation in the pharmaceutical industry and the continuous de-velopment of the market,the scale and demand of medical translation market in the western region expand year by year.However,after combing relevant data,this paper found that the number and structure of medical translation tal-ents could not well meet the needs of the market,and the contradiction was mainly reflected in the overall shortage of talents and the mismatch between the output of medical translation talents and the demand.In this regard,this paper proposes to give full play to the characteristics of western universities,make more reasonable use of the regional ad-vantages of the universities,strengthen the connection between the university and the master in curriculum setting,lay a medical foundation in the undergraduate stage,open more medical English courses,and open frontier cross courses in the graduate stage.The introduction of tutorial system for undergraduate students to make full preparation for further study of talents;Moreover,resources should be explored to deepen the integration of industry and educa-tion,so as to better combine translation with medicine,and train more excellent medical translation talents for the pharmaceutical industry and regional economy.
