推进区域人才平台建设研究——基于南京引领性国家创新型城市建设的实践

Research on Building a Regional Talent Platform:Based on the Practice of Nanjing’s Leading National Innovative City Construction

“加快建设世界重要人才中心和创新高地,促进人才区域合理布局和协调发展”是党的二十大提出的深入实施人才强国战略的重要任务。本文在阐述区域人才平台建设的理论依据基础上,对南京引领性国家创新型城市人才平台含义进行了识别,分析其建设的现实基础,形成包括主题主线、动力与思路的战略谋划,提出畅通人才平台供给与需求、增强人才平台全球竞争力、全力打造国家战略人才力量的建设路径,以期为建设现代化的引领性国家创新型城市提供坚强的人才支撑。

“Accelerating the work to build China into a major world center of professional talent and innovation,and promoting the rational layout and coordinated development of talent regions”is an important task proposed by the 20th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,to deeply implement the strategy on developing a quality workforce.Based on the theoretical basis and methodology of regional talent platform construction,this paper identifies the meaning of Nanjing’s leading national innovative city talent platform,analyzes the realistic basis of its construction,forms the basic idea of construction,puts forward the main theme and the driving force of the talent platform construction,smooths the supply and demand of talent platform construction,enhances the global competitiveness of talent platform construction,makes every effort to build a path for the construction of national strategic talent forces,to provide strong talent support for building a modern and leading national innovative city.
