摘要
科技驱动发展的本质是人才驱动。要解决我国发展不充分、不平衡的问题,必须解决人才分布不平衡、不合理的问题。在交通和信息技术发达的今天,人才分布的合理性不完全以人才居住地为评判标准,还需根据人才特点、人才发挥的作用、引领发展能力的分布来做最终判断。本文从区域发展和人才区域分布的视角审视我国人才分布的合理性,探讨促进人才合理分布、推动区域发展的战略思考与步骤。
The essence of technology driven development is talent driven.To solve the problem of insufficient and imbalanced development in China,it is necessary to address the problem of insufficient,imbalanced,and unreasonable talent distribution.In today’s advanced transportation and information technology era,the rationality of talent distribution is not solely determined by the location of talent residence,but also needs to be judged based on the characteristics of talent,the role of talent,and the distribution of leading development capabilities.This article examines the rationality of talent distribution in China from the perspective of regional development and talent regional distribution,and explores strategic considerations and steps to promote rational talent distribution and regional development.
